Over the past 19 years in which I have educated, helped, and cared for children outside of my means of a job description by working or volunteering with the youth of Boys & Girls Club of Mercer County, Trenton Pop-Warner, T.C.H.S football program, Noah’s Ark Daycare, Village Charter School, and currently shaping the minds of developmental disabled youth. I was born and raised right in the heart of Trenton, New Jersey on December 14, 1985. I attended Trenton public educational facilities which includes TEDCO, WESLEY MCNAIR, TIMBUKTU ACADEMY, MONUMENT ELEMENTARY, M.L.K MIDDLE SCHOOL (JR 1), & TRENTON CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL (c/o 2004). My main focus has always been to help people, especially of my descendants. While asked over and over growing up in school “What do you want to be when you get older?”; I always remained with my same answer that “I want to help people.” I was unsure of a primary goals until I got to the tenth grade then decided to focus on child psychology (Medical Arts Community).
Fast forward to me putting myself through college with the support of my family and friends thus earning my BA of Science in Criminal Justice with Concentration in Human Services, I fell further in love with wanting to understand and helping the youth of my city. Since earning my degree in 2015 I impelled my dedication to enhancing our youths’ mental, physical, and social behaviors in a positive aspect of human nature. Learning that urban areas are naturally targeted by the criminal justice system (multi billion dollar stock industries), my ultimate goal is to give in depth enhancement learning to our youth for them to understand why they as students are our future and each individual has the intelligence to overcome most barriers that came with their existence. My targeted youth are the ones who are known for being a disturbance to classrooms and educational facilities but not limited to only these youths. After years of trying to classify what I do or who I am…I have learned that I am a scientist by nature which gaining knowledge on helping our youth will always be my ongoing study.
